DJ Charley Sharp

 Charley Sharp brings over 20 years experience to Media , Broadcast and Live Performance Production  Charley literally started in the basement of his parents house in a little town called Fort Dodge , IA 

With a lot of wires and close and play turntables Charley practiced and soon was on the air his senior year of high school making money flipping the discs on the local radio station KVFD. Yes they used discs in those days.  After high school Charley attended the prestigious Brown College in Minneapolis, MN.  Where he also DJed at the world famous First Avenue Club, which at the time was owned by  Prince as well as working on the air.  After school Charley returned to Des Moines IA and worked at KIOA-KMGK with long time well known personality Dick Youngs.  He went on to work at the 6 other stations and eventually made his way to California where he began working for Jon Lindsay Productions as the sound mixer for all of the Bodybuilding  shows and other fitness shows for ESPN and Fox Sports.  Charley also has his own company producing and mixing live events.  Charley was also lucky enough to be part of the creation team for MTVs Americas Best Dance Crew acting as the original sound mixer and DJ in the original stage show.  In addition to mixing music,  producing, and now hosting on The Morning Drive and a DJ Mix Show for KKJZ 88.1 HD-3 Los Angeles.  Charley is currently handling Operations and Programmimg for BPMBEATS1 and KKJZ 88.1FM
